Bring your family, friends, and colleagues to experience an outdoor walk-through theatrical presentation that brings to life the true story and meaning of Christmas. Thousands of travellers each year are led along the Road by character guides - making Road to Bethlehem one of Australia's biggest free Christmas events.

The evening begins in our Road to Bethlehem Marketplace, where you'll find all kinds of food, children's activities and music to keep you entertained as you wait for your designated time to hit the Road. From the Marketplace, you’ll then enter the gates to an outdoor-promenade theatrical adventure with your group, stopping at several drama presentations along the Road to Bethlehem.

The Bible story begins to unfold before your eyes as your group walks from scene to scene experiencing this epic story. You'll recognise many Bible characters along the way, some searching for the same thing you are. Along the journey you’ll encounter jealous royalty, humble shepherds, majestic angels, and bantering Roman soldiers.

Join the quest to find the true meaning of Christmas — the One who has been born King, to save us from our sin.

6pm until late each night.
Food stalls, entertainment and our ticket booth are open from 6pm each night.
Tour groups depart for their journey on the Road to Bethlehem from 7pm.
