“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:28).
Jesus was the Son of God, but He was also human. In the Bible, we read about Jesus being tired, hungry, thirsty, angry and sad. Those are all feelings and experiences that humans have. It appears that Jesus understood that He was God’s Son, but He really wanted people to know He was human too.
