So glad you can help with set up, pack up or construction. Are you able to bring tools, a trailer or car to help? Write below the kind of resources, or skills you can offer. Are you a painter, a builder, a handy person, heavy lifter, or a sparky?

Thank you for volunteering to be part of the Parking team. We are expecting lots of people and lots of cars which all need to be parked. What nights would you be available to be helping with parking?

Handing out gift packs is such a rewarding job as you see the joy in peoples faces, what nights will you be available to help with this?

Thankyou for offering to help with the children's area. There can be quite a wait for kids wanting to see the nightly program and you are needed to help look after and run programs for them while they wait. What days will you be able to help with this?

Road to Bethlehem is committed to providing a child-safe environment and part of that entails that all volunteers have a valid Working with Children Check or a Victorian Institute of Teaching registration number.
If you are only part of the set-up/pack-up team you wont need a WWCC.
If you don't know your WWCC number or need to apply for one please visit www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au.
